We had them go through the outside of our 2000 sq foot home to find and repair any wood rot. The outside walls are siding. He explained that although there is better material available, he may not be able to simply replace a few boards because they would not fit.
Between boards, there is a metal plate which in some places fell off. A previous contractor said it could not be replaced. But Steve said this was not true.

Finally, our neighbor complained that one his sprinkler pipes was broken, suggesting it was done by Steve's crew. Steve fixed it right away without questioning whether he was at fault.
