I came across Stephen Bass Home Repair in my search for a Handyman to repair some dry rot on our home. They sent out a tech the next day to appraise the damage and give me a quote for the repair. The quote detailed the steps to repair the damaged wood. The tech walked me through the list to confirm I understood the plan. I appreciated their straightforward communications about the progress of the project. The next day the office called me called me to work out a schedule for a start date.

The team arrived on the scheduled day and time with all the components to start the repairs. The team was very professional and meticulous. The work areas were protected and at the end of the day the entire area was cleaned up as if no one was there. As I viewed the work completed at the end of the day, I saw the professionalism, attention to detail, and quality.
